Wednesday we looked at what precisely “motivation” and “change” mean. How can I effect long-lasting change? What are some tools to sustain motivation? Our program constantly emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and honesty have not only to relapse prevention, but to the change process, in general.
From where does motivation emanate? Is there a “trick” to sustaining the fire of positive, evolutionary change?
