“I’m fortunate to be able to learn about the neurological / brain stuff. I wasn’t able to go to treatment and get the benefit of learning the science behind addiction. The setting-goals and motivation classes are also super-helpful.”

“Loved learning about (relapse) warning signs, especially the subtle ones. Learned that delaying gratification weakens the compulsion/impulsive need to do it. That’s great to know! Loved talking about external/intrinsic motivators.”
